Studio Tywon is a multidisciplinary creative space where style, expression, and identity refuse to be contained. Founded in 2025 by Ja’Mez Williams (Mez), Studio Tywon transforms fashion into a medium of empowerment and dialogue — a space where authenticity becomes art, and expression becomes freedom. Each release is a confrontation: a declaration of self, of power, of freedom.
Our work doesn’t whisper; it demands attention. It shatters gender walls, disrupts norms, and forces an industry built on imitation and exclusion to face its own reflection.

Ja’Mez Williams is a multidisciplinary artist and creative director whose work exists at the intersection of fashion, photography, fine arts, film, dancing, identity, and culture. Since the age of sixteen, he has used visual storytelling to explore human complexity, emotional depth, and self-expression. Through a process rooted in experimentation and conceptual thinking, Williams constructs imagery that blurs the line between documentation and art—creating narratives that provoke reflection, challenge perception, and redefine contemporary portraiture.

Working across disciplines including performance, photography, visual arts, fashion, and theory, Studio Tywon employs bold expressionism, text-driven imagery, and persona-based narratives to explore gender fluidity, Black and Brown visibility, and the power of self-authorship. Our practice rejects minimalism in favor of intentional saturation — a visual and emotional density that mirrors the complexity of lived identity.

Studio Tywon (noun) is a multidisciplinary creative platform and cultural hub designed to curate high-intent, identity-centered, and vibrant work across various sectors, including photography, fashion, digital art, fine arts, movement, performance, and writing. The studio is rooted in the belief that expression is a form of resistance and a political act; it has developed its own visual languages of color palettes, synchronized imagery, and collective collaboration to challenge outdated notions of human experience.

I created this agency because I know what it feels like to battle with identity. To feel unseen. Misunderstood. I built this for the people who want to be represented, for the voices that deserve to be heard, and for the stories that deserve to be told with care, depth, and truth.
