What does it mean to be an artist?

To me, being an artist means living a double life. It’s often a balancing act between the person al and the professional, between the inner world and the outer one. One lesson I’ve learned—especially as a photographer—is that turnaround time matters. It’s something I’m actively working to improve because growth is part of the process.Artistry takes time. It’s rooted in intention, shaped by perspective, and brought to life through execution. Without all three, can it really be called art? I’ve come to believe that art is about balance—but it’s also about play. It’s about pushing boundaries, breaking rules, and reaching for the impossible.
